Where do your clothes ship from?
We have multiple locations where your ordered clothing will be produced. Based on you location we will pick the best fulfillment center for your orders allows us to ensure that the shipping process runs smoothly.

The Barcelona fulfillment center is located in Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, and serves the Western European market. -
Latvia
Facility 1: This fulfillment center is located at Lidostas parks, Marupes novads, LV-2167.
Facility 2: This fulfillment center is located at Plienciema iela 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167. -
The UK
The Birmingham fulfillment center is located at Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ. This fulfillment center primarily serves customers in the UK.
Return Policy
You can return any item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your original order.
Please contact us and we will give you the address of your closest warehouse. Clothing items must not be worn or damaged and return shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. We will ship the exchanged item back to you for no additional fee. For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to europe only! As our store still in its infancy, this will probably change in the futur. All of our items are printed to order, especially for you. This is to ensure we create a minimum amount of waste for your local landfill. With this in mind, please contact us immediately if you need to make any adjustments to your order. All orders are shipped with tracking. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation with tracking within 5 business days, please contact us. All items that are lost in the post will be replaced on me because we love you and it’s out of your control.
What are your wash care instructions?
Turn your garment inside out to avoid scratches and friction, keeping the printed area safe. Wash them with cold water—opt for temperatures at or below 30°C (86°F) to be gentle on the print, preventing fading or shrinkage. Use a delicate cycle—set your machine to around 600 rpm to minimize friction. Choose a soft detergent, as harsher ones can cause the ink to fade or discolor. Avoid fabric softener and dry cleaning, as they can be too harsh for the ink, degrading print quality. Additionally, avoid bleach; although it’s best not to use bleach, you can opt for a non-chlorine bleach if necessary.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The current processing time is 2-5 days, depending on the items ordered. Typical delivery times are 3 business days after processing. Shipping might take longer during holidays.
Due to the nature of print on demand and that your t-shirt is made when you have ordered your package will be at your door a little later than you used to perhaps. We love you for your patience and your keen eye for sustainable fashion :)
My items have arrived damaged, what do I do?
The item may have missed quality control, resulting in defective stitching, hole in the garment or failed print resulting in a design fading after first wash. There's always a chance one or two might slip through our consistent quality control. While rare, it can happen, please contact us with a photo, and we will arrange a free replacement for you. If the item has a vinegar smell and/or off-white residue, don’t worry, it’s the remainder of the fixation agent applied to the print that will disappear after the first wash.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible as after a couple of hours most items are already in the process of being printed, and I am unable to stop the process. If this happens, the item will be delivered to you and need to be returned to our warehouse before giving you a refund (sorry).
Can I pay in my local currency?
There’s a little bar at the top or bottom of our site that allows you to change the currency to whatever you want.
